April 11, 2025 - Mr. Bill A. Thomas

The Greene County Historical Society is pleased to host Mr. Bill Thomas on Thursday, April 11, 2025, at 6 pm at the GCHS Headquarters in Eutaw AL. A graduate from the University of Alabama, a ten-year tenured civil war re-enactor, and an instructor with the Oshler Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Alabama, Mr. Thomas loves history -- especially the history of the war for southern independence. Mr. Thomas will give a presentation on Alabama from 1800 to 1880 and facts about the civil war.
